So we have been busy getting ready for Christmas! We all truly love this time of year. These are some of the things we have already done (in no particular order):
- Listening to Christmas Music on the radio
- Looking at Christmas Lights anywhere and everywhere!
- Going to the mall and playing in the snow
- Picking out our annual family Christmas ornament
- Going to Bass Pro Shop, seeing Santa, Playing all the games
- Shopping, Shopping, And More Shopping (I swear I have been to Target at least a dozen times this last month!)
- Delivering our letters to Santa to the Mailbox at Macy's
- Making a Christmas Countdown Chain
- Family Pictures for Christmas Cards
- Surprise visit from Katrina (we won't be able to see her at Christmas)
- "Advent" with Jerry's Mom's family (A German tradition full of food, songs, and family)
Christmas is such a wonderful time of year. It's crazy, especially when all our families are near us, but we wouldn't have it any other way!
We are looking forward to more fun, like delivering Christmas Goodies, Christmas Eve Movie with my family, Christmas eve Advent with Jerry's Mom's family, Christmas Party with Jerry's dad's family, and of course, Santa bringing presents for Christmas morning!
